TerraWatt is a physical distribution chain for solar and energy products. The client approached me to create both the name and the logo for the company. The name TeraWatt is derived from “Terra,” meaning Earth, and “Watt,” representing energy and power—a perfect fusion of sustainability and technology. The company is based in Mali, Africa, where solar energy plays a crucial role in providing efficient and sustainable solutions.
Design Services & Impact
For the logo, I focused on conveying a technological yet organic feel. The typography was designed to resemble interwoven wires, symbolizing connectivity and energy flow. The warm color palette was carefully chosen to reflect the sun’s power and the African landscape, reinforcing the company’s focus on solar energy. The overall branding creates a strong visual identity that aligns with the company’s mission of providing renewable energy solutions for a sustainable future.
